鹰嘴紫云英根尖细胞有丝分裂同步化诱导

摘　要：

采用羟基脲和氟乐灵结合的双阻断方法处理鹰嘴紫云英根尖, 以诱导根尖细胞有丝分裂中期同步化。结果表明, 用1.25 mmol·L-1 羟基脲处理18 h和1 μmol·L-1 氟乐灵处理6 h的细胞有丝分裂中期指数可达80%, 且有丝分裂正常, 染色体形态良好, 未见到染色体畸变的现象。

Induction of Mitotic Synchronization from Root Tip Cells of Astragalus cicer L.

Abstract:

In order to induce cell mitotic synchronization, root tip cells of Astragalus cicer were induced with combined hydroxyurea and trifluralin treatments. The results showed that the metaphase index was 80% with 1.25 mmol·L^-1 hydroxyurea treatments for 18 h and 1 μmol·L^-1 trifluralin treatments for 6 h, and mitosis was normal, mutation of chromosomes was not observed.
